Terms of Service

Effective 1 February 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ComposabilityScores ("the platform"), operated by Composability Ltd and its brands, composabilityPro and ComposabilityScores™ ("we", "us"). Composability Ltd is registered in England & Wales under company number 14641260, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. By creating an account, uploading evidence, or viewing assessments, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who can use the platform

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of any company whose evidence you submit. Investor-role accounts must complete self-certification before accessing portfolio data.

3. The service

ComposabilityScores is a deterministic investor-readiness assessment platform. The system processes evidence you submit and produces structured signals, scores, category matrices, OKRs, and exports. The platform does not provide investment advice, legal advice, financial recommendations, or guaranteed outcomes.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of evidence you submit. The platform processes inputs as provided.
  • You will not submit evidence you do not have the right to share.
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or manipulate scoring policy.
  • You will not misrepresent assessment outputs to third parties. Assessments are versioned and timestamped for audit.
  • You will not use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any person or organisation.

5. Plans, credits, and payments

The platform offers Free, Sprint, and Pro plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Credits are consumed per scoring run. Plan upgrades and one-time credit purchases are final once the checkout completes; refunds are handled at our discretion and only for failed or mis-charged transactions.

6. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all evidence you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that evidence for the sole purpose of producing assessments, exports, and product operation. We will not use your evidence to train foundation models or resell it.

7. Investor access

Investor-role users must self-certify their investor classification (High Net Worth, Sophisticated, Professional / Institutional, or Angel / Active Private Investor) and accept a declaration that the platform provides structured signals and not investment recommendations. Access to company-level data may be granted, revoked, or restricted by the company owner or an administrator at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost investment returns, or lost business opportunity.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for unlawful activity, or for the protection of other users. Sections 4, 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
